Single Steps Life Coaching
About Barbara
I graduated from Wheaton College in 1981 with a degree in Biology. After working in IT, I studied law and graduated in 1990 from Albany Law School. I have practiced law in New York and in Massachusetts, where I eventually opened my own firm in 2006. No stranger to adversity, I once appeared before “Judge Judy” in Manhattan Family Court!
I have focused my law practice on Estate Planning and Administration and Elder Law. Through my experiences as a “counselor at law”, I have realized that many of my clients could benefit from talking with someone to help them deal with life’s challenges. That realization put the “life coaching” bug in my ear.
I decided to train to be a Life Coach with Coach Training Alliance (CTA) and am ready to offer life coaching services.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, cross country skiing, cycling, kayaking, running, yoga and walks with my poodle Bambino!
